The vat is made of food grade stainless steel AISI-304. Welds are ground to the proper level. The chan has a heating circuit using steam or tenov. Has a contour of insulation of the entire surface. Equipped with a mechanical stirrer.

CKT (cylinder-conical tanks) are made of food grade stainless steel AISI-304. Welds are ground to the proper level. CCTs have a cooling circuit throughout the entire elevation of the cylindrical part. Each CCT is equipped with a washing nozzle, a sampling valve, a tongue-and-groove apparatus, a beer selection valve and a yeast drain valve.

Design pressure 1.5 atm.

Cooling occurs automatically depending on the set temperature.

Fermentation shop control panel

The control panel of the fermentation workshop is located in the appropriate mounting box and is manufactured in accordance with state standards and fire safety standards. It contains the following controls and monitoring:
