Solar thermal generation for enterprises
A solar system is a device designed to heat water from solar energy.
⬥ A properly designed solar system can reduce energy costs for heating water by 70%.
⬥ Easy integration into any process flow with a minimum of required equipment guarantees a low initial investment that pays off in 3 years!
⬥ With the help of solar collectors, you can not only prepare hot water, but also heat the pool, support heating, solve problems of water heating in production cycles, etc.
⬥ High efficiency of solar systems, low price, short payback period - this makes the solar system the leader in the use of solar installations in Ukraine.
⬥ The use of solar thermal generation systems will make it possible to label products with the ECO label, which will make them more attractive to most consumers who are worried about the environment. This is an additional competitive advantage for your business!
Industrial application of solar systems:
⬥ water heating for washing lines on the bottle
⬥ low-temperature pasteurization of food products
⬥ maintaining the temperature regime in incubators
⬥ maintaining high temperatures in drying chambers
⬥ heating water for washing livestock
⬥ heating of process media for chemical processes
Types of solar systems:
Seasonal systems without pressure
In seasonal solar thermal systems operating without pressure, water is poured in and flows out of them under the influence of gravitational forces - "self-floating". Therefore, non-pressurized systems must be placed above the tapping point, for example on the roof of a building. Accordingly, the pressure of hot water in the DHW system will also depend on the height difference between the solar system and the point of analysis (faucet or shower).
Seasonal pressurized thermosyphon solar systems
Seasonal pressurized thermosiphon systems are distinguished by the fact that they can be connected directly to the water supply line. Such an installation does not have to be mounted on the roof - it can even be placed on the ground in any sunny area.
Solar systems on vacuum solar collectors
Tubular vacuum solar collectors are most efficient during the cold season. Due to the deep vacuum in the glass tubes that make up such collectors, the heat loss inside the solar collector is minimal, so they show high efficiency even in 20-degree frost!
Solar systems on flat solar collectors
In summer, flat solar collectors are no less efficient than vacuum ones. However, in winter, flat-plate collectors are significantly inferior to vacuum tubes due to large heat losses.
Solar systems based on hybrid solar thermal-photovoltaic collectors
Another class of solar collectors for year-round use are hybrid solar collectors. They combine the function of heating water and generating electricity from solar energy and are abbreviated as PVT-collectors.
