All information is entered into the database through a special application (automated workstation for acceptance), it is also possible to import information from electronic media.

During acceptance, sometimes it is necessary to measure the quantity and parameters of the raw material (for example, laboratory tests), and compare this information with the one stated in the bill of lading. For the convenience of storing and processing laboratory parameters, information is entered into the database through a special application (automated workplace of a laboratory assistant).

 All the information necessary for comparison is in the database, so it is possible to provide the results of comparing the actual information and information from the TTN in the form of a report, or display on the application screen.

To account for raw materials in containers, scales and barcode readers can be used. To account for raw materials from freight transport, depending on the parameters of the raw materials, scales and flow meters can be used.
